Where are you from originally and where do you reside now?

Arkansas.

If you currently reside somewhere besides where you were born, what’s the story that lead from there to here?

I’m born and raised in Arkansas.

What made you decide to write and publish your first book?

I’ve always loved to read and knew from an early age that I was Ted yo wrote books.

How would you describe your books to first time readers?

If you’re a fan of psychological thrillers and love stories that keep you guessing, my books are for you.

Who do you feel is most likely to connect with the topics you write about?

I hope to connect with many people.

What unexpected or surprising thing did you learn during the process of writing and publishing?

Neither are easy. I thought all I had to do was write whatever cake to my mind. No. It takes a lot of work and dedication to get a single novel out. And, don’t even get me started on marketing.

If you could, what advice would you give to your past self before embarking on this journey?

Don’t give up. Stop questioning your work and wondering if you’re wasting your time.

How many people would you ideally like to reach with your books?

All of them? 😏

What has been the biggest challenge and frustration during the process to date?

Getting my books into the hands of readers. Getting reviews.

What’s your biggest strengths when it comes to book a) writing, b) publishing and c) marketing?

A) I have a very vivid imagination. That makes for interesting stories.
B) I self publish and enjoy making the decisions about what’s best for my work.
C) I have no strengths in this area.

What’s your biggest weakness when it comes to book a) writing, b) publishing and c) marketing?

A) Writers block.
B) –
C) I question everything and then give up and hope people find me.

When do you think you will write your next book?

Already working on my next two books.
