Where are you from originally and where do you reside now?

I grew up in Michigan and now live in Colorado.

If you currently reside somewhere besides where you were born, what’s the story that lead from there to here?

My family moved when I was twelve when my mom was looking for a chance and fell in love with the rockies.

What made you decide to write and publish your first book?

I have always enjoyed writing stories from a young age and with the encouragement of my friends I entered in the NANOWRIMO (National Novel Writing Month) and decided to publish my first book.

How would you describe your books to first time readers?

They are military set with romance, adventure, and humor.

Who do you feel is most likely to connect with the topics you write about?

I will connect with people who love a good romance with a HEA but aren’t for the faint of heart.

What unexpected or surprising thing did you learn during the process of writing and publishing?

I enjoy creating new scenarios to make each book feel different and unique.

If you could, what advice would you give to your past self before embarking on this journey?

Start off with a good editorial team.

How many people would you ideally like to reach with your books?

As many as I can.

What has been the biggest challenge and frustration during the process to date?

Writing love scenes.

What’s your biggest strengths when it comes to book a) writing, b) publishing and c) marketing?

A consistent fan base and encouragement that others enjoy my books.

What’s your biggest weakness when it comes to book a) writing, b) publishing and c) marketing?

Balancing time with family and work and getting writing done.

When do you think you will write your next book?

I am on a one month break then will start my September 2021 book.

Are you self published or did you use a hybrid publisher, or a traditional publisher?

Self-published.
